What causes stress
Stress is caused when we are challenged or overwhelmed

How stress affects the body.
Can clog blood vessels
You could faint.
Being Mentally ill.
Makes you put on more weight
Makes you desire ‘comfort’ foods

Stress can affect the way you think, and how much you eat, can make you anxious about talking with
people maybe making you not to talk them at all, taking up so much time that you don’t get any time to
pray.

  1. Hi Kody! Its great to see what you have been posting on your blog! This latest one is especially important at the moment with everyone being stuck at home! What things have you been doing that have helped reduce stress and that you have enjoyed? Im trying to make sure i get lots of sleep (not too hard) but also lots of exercise (im setting myself a few goals for the next few weeks - i want to get from being able to do just 1 press-up to 20! and being able to plank for 2min - not 30seconds!) Im also making sure i keep a bit of a timetable and am trying to make sure i do a variety of things rather than just getting stuck on youtube all day. Im going to post a few ideas of things to do to my blog so take a look and give me some feedback. I would love to see some posts about what you are up to and about what you are enjoying doing!
    Keep in touch,
    Mark

  2. Hi Kody - some really interesting emotional vocabulary; for me exercise helps reduce stress because it makes me sleep better. I look forward to working with you in Power to the People hurumanu.
