Mindfulness

Mindfulness time is a time during the first 15 minutes or so during the morning where we can go from the red side of the brain to the green, this means that where going out of our fight or flight mode and into our relaxed state of mind. we can do this by, listening to music, drawing, colouring, playing board games or just simply relaxing.
